DESCRIPTION:The Turkish Community Heritage Centre of Canada invites you to our upcoming Immigration Law Seminar. The event will take place on Sunday\, February 15\, 2026\, from 2 to 4 p.m. at North Toronto Memorial Community Centre (Multipurpose Room). Our guest speaker\, lawyer Begüm Merve Ertuğrul\, will share practical information and answer common questions about the Canadian immigration system. Snacks and drinks will be provided during the event. \n  \nThe seminar will focus on three main topics: \n\nCanadian Immigration in 2026: Expectations and Recent Changes\nPermanent Residency Pathways: Overview of Express Entry and Provincial Programs\nKey Points to Consider When Applying for Permanent Residency\n\n  \nThere will also be a Q&A session where participants can ask their own questions. \nThe session is free of charge and open to everyone. DESCRIPTION:Prof. Dr. Nida Bayık is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology with over 25 years of professional experience. Throughout her career\, she has approached women’s health not only as a medical field\, but also as a holistic area that includes physical\, psychological\, and social dimensions. \nShe focuses on evidence-based\, up-to-date treatment approaches aimed at improving women’s quality of life. She is recognized for her pioneering and innovative work\, particularly in the areas of gynecologic aesthetics\, functional gynecology\, endoscopy\, and urogynecology. She is also a certified physician in medical aesthetics in Türkiye and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in medical aesthetics at a state university in Italy. \nAs the founder and president of the Jinkoz Association (Gynecological Cosmetology and Pelvic Reconstruction Association)\, she organizes physician trainings\, scientific meetings\, and awareness initiatives in the field of women’s health. \nProf. Dr. Bayık continues her academic work as a professor at Nişantaşı University Faculty of Medicine. Through her company\, First Sight Canada\, she provides 1:1 coaching while working closely with corporate partners in tech and finance to advance workforce development through career-focused volunteering and inclusive hiring initiatives.
